Rule of Thumb is a visual interpretation of what it feels like to live beneath the weight of society's expectations and limitations. When I first created it, I saw it through a more personal lens. Over time, I realized the thumb represents something much broader. We all live beneath something that tells us what we can and cannot do. The thumb is that constant pressure, the force above us defining the boundaries of our lives and reminding us that complete freedom is rarely as simple as it sounds.
